Hello friends! We are happy to announce that our website is now LIVE and we deliver plants right to your home / office!

 

Although we love to reply your DMs, but sometimes waiting for our emails and messages can take a while. Our website is designed to make your shopping experience with us very convenient. It is very detail and easy to use, this will give you a more satisfying, easy and fast shopping experience. If you are new to the online shopping game, we are here to help.

 

It’s as easy as adding items to the cart, and when you’re ready to purchase them, click on the Cart logo on the top right and then click on ‘CHECKOUT’.

 

 

Here you will be required to sign in into your Tiny Forest account. If you don’t have one, you will be prompted to sign up for an account before purchasing. Enter your name, email, and your password of choice. Congrats! You are now a Tiny Forest customer!

 

 

After signing in, you will be taken to the first Checkout page, here you will be required to fill in your information such as your shipping address, full name & phone number. Don’t worry! We only use your info for delivery purposes, this will enable us to reach out to you to deliver your items.

 

 

 

On the next page, you would need to pick your KL or Klang Valley zone closest to you - if you don’t see your area listed here, email us at info@tinyforeststore.com You will see the delivery rates listed with your zone. If you wish to self pick-up your items at our office in SS15, Subang Jaya, please tick on ‘Pick Up’. This option is free.

 

Next, chose your way of payment. Since our business is based in KL we recommend you use iPay88 as it directly connects to your respective bank.

After you select iPay88, you will be redirected to iPay88 page to complete your purchase. Here you can select if you want to pay using credit/debit card, online banking, eWallet or PayPal.

If you select Online Banking, you can choose your bank and will be redirected to your bank’s online banking system.

 

After you make your payment and confirmed your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm your order. We will call you to confirm your purchase and schedule a delivery date and time for your plant/terrarium!
