At Tiny Forest, we try to give you the best service possible. We offer delivery and for your terrariums and plants purchase, please read this for better understanding of our pick-up and delivery service!

SELF PICK UP OPTION IS AVAILABLE FOR BULK ORDERS ONLY.
Please read our guidelines below

ORDER: HOW IT WORKS

→ You make an order
 → Select your delivery option at check out
→ We receive your order
→ We will send you an email to confirm purchase 
1. IF PLANTS AND ITEMS ARE IN STOCK
→ We will prepare your order immediately
→ We will call or email you to schedule delivery time and date 
→ We will deliver your order within 3 days
2. IF PLANTS AND ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK 
→ We will source for the best plants and items to make your order,
→ If we are able to source them, we will go ahead and prepare your order, if its not available we will let you know and give you a refund.
→ We will call or email you to schedule delivery time and date
→  With out of stock items, we will need at least 2 weeks to deliver. 
 

1. Delivery
We offer delivery for your terrariums and plants within areas in Klang Valley and Kuala Lumpur within 3 business days.

At checkout, you will be prompted to select a zone, please select one that is closest to you. If your area is not listed, please call or email us to enquire about special zone delivery.

IMPORTANT : NEXT DAY DELIVERY is only applicable if order is made BEFORE 1PM MYT on the day before scheduled delivery, NOT 1PM ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY. Any order made after 1pm, your delivery will be made 2 days later. So please check your timing. We do not offer same day delivery. This is to make sure we have enough time to confirm your order, that we are able source the best plants for you and maintain our QC for our customers. 

Packaging

Our packaging is free! We have our custom boxes to hold your items securely in place! Ask us for special packaging, we will be happy to assist you!

Time

We deliver everyday from Monday to Friday (unless if there is a special request to deliver on Saturday or Sunday). Delivery is only made from 10am to 5pm to all residential areas, offices, and apartment buildings. At these times, it is important for someone to be at the address of delivery to receive the order.

For terrariums and plants, we deliver within 3-4 days after order has been made. 
Please allow us some time to :

  • Source the best and healthy plants for you
  • For terrarium orders - sourcing plants, containers, and designing your one of a kind terrarium

We will call you as soon as your order has been made to schedule your delivery! 

2.  SELF PICK-UP
SELF PICK UP IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR BULK ORDERS. Please call or email us for more info.

Send As A Gift
Want to send a terrarium or plants to a special someone? We can do that for you!
Just follow these steps:

  1. Add your desired item to cart
  2. At the Shopping Cart page, there will be an option where you can leave a note at the bottom right
  3. At checkout, select delivery area/zone
  4. Complete purchase
  5. If you forgot to leave a note, Go to this page
  6. Fill up the form and include your order number and message
  7. We will call you to arrange delivery
  8. Your item will be delivered to the recipient!
